Rujak Mie

Material:
200 grams of wet noodles, rinse with hot water
25 grams of dried glass noodles, hot water soak, drained
30 grams of bean sprouts, discarding roots
100 grams of cucumber, diced small
50 grams of dried shrimp, hot water soak, puree, roasted

Seasonings:
5 cloves garlic (don’t peel)
10 pieces of red chili sauce
5 pieces of curly red chili
1 tsp dried shrimp
11 / 2 tsp salt
250 grams palm sugar, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vinegar cooking
400 ml water

How to make :
1. Puree the garlic, cayenne pepper, red chili, dried shrimp and salt.
2. Mix with water and palm sugar.
3. Cook until boiling, lift, strain, chill.
4. Add vinegar to cook.
5. Mix well.
